She has been successful in startup, turnaround and high-growth environments with a focus on growing revenues, streamlining operations, and effectively utilizing technology to optimize Agency Management and staffing procedure and processes. Monua’s duties include the day-to-day operations of the Commercial Lines Department along with the marketing, quoting and sales of Commercial Insurance products. |
