I have over 29 years of experience in the Property/Casualty insurance industry both on the company and retail side, while maintaining active insurance licenses for Nevada and Texas. I have been successful in startup, turnaround and high-growth environments with a focus on growing revenues, streamlining operations, and effectively utilizing technology to optimize Agency Management and staffing procedure and processes.
